The practice of higher level players specifically targeting low level players and camping spawn points for easy kills is fairly common. In fact, if they are of another faction, they'll be rewarded for doing so. Players up to ninety (90!) levels greater than you can attack/kill you without penalty. But honestly that doesn't matter, because people in your own faction are just as likely and capable of killing you. There are three factions in the game, and they're all at war. Also, character build customization is fairly limited. If you want to play a stealthy, rogue-like character, you're going to be a female Moonmaiden. You get a few faces to choose from, hairstyles and colors. Seems like there's at least one GM organized event running at all times. There's no need to search endlessly for that obscure mission giver or named mob, ever. What that means is you can click on a name in your quest journal, NPC list, or the map itself, and your character will start walking there on its own. UI is clean and intuitive.īest of all, you can "auto-trace" to a destination. Fully supports both WASD and mouse-click movement. Most are also relatively easy.Ĭontrols are fast and straightforward. Tons of quests, and most give an abundance of XP, items and/or currency. If you liked Genndy Tartakovsky's Samurai Jack, you'll love this. Zu Online is a story about the immortals, monkery and battles against the evil.Graphics (assuming you like cell-shaded, anime-style) are fantastic and work well even on low-end/older systems. "Zu Mountain" has become the pronoun of the millenarian oriental culture of immortals and monkery. By contrast, considerable ghosts, immortals, knight-errants and uncanny fairylands have been tightly fastened to them. "Zu Mountain", these two characters do not only represent a range of mountains and streams. Players will be able to taste flying by riding a sword, consubstantiating god and Buddha, forging mystic weapons, creating sects and other else amusing. The in-game quests will boost the development of storyline.

Its most outstanding feature is putting emphasis on the traditional Chinese culture of monkery. It is an elaborately and well-designed 3D MMORPG with a rich culture of immortals and knight-errants. Zu Online, which refers to lots of classical sutras, has its setting based on the supernature novel-The Life of Swordsman in a area called Zu.
